t7e is a Web site translation management system.
It allows the same site to be maintained in a
large number of languages, alerting translators to
changes in the original site and ensuring material
in all languages is accurate and current.

The Gano project wraps text processing and display libraries for the Guile dialect of Scheme. At some point, these libraries may also be used to write a sample editor. The current libraries are Ncurses, a text user interface library, and guile-aspell, a spell checking library.

Openbakery Translation is an internationalization
tool for Java. Unlike standard i18n in Java,
openbakery translation uses the text in the
default locale as the key. There is also a tool
which checks all of the source code for
translations. This tool then provides a list of
key/value pairs which have to be added to a
certain resource file, and another list of pairs
which can be removed. The translation works by
simply calling a static method called "translate".
The code works out of the box, without writing any
properties files. You only write properties files
when you really translate the program to a second
language.

The DPML SDK is a management platform for
Java-based component development,
resource management, and deployment. It is
composed of the Transit resource
management layer, the Depot multi-project
build system, the Metro component
management runtime engine, and the Station
application management console.

Elementals is a project to build elementals. It provides several C++
libraries, programs, and information about the concept of "elemental
programming".

Weblate is a Web-based translation tool with tight Git integration. It features a simple and clean user interface, propagation of translations across subprojects, consistency checks, and automatic linking to source files.

[fleXive] CMS is a Java EE content management system based on JavaServer Faces 1.2. It combines the power of JSF XHTML templating with that of the Java EE 5 content repository, [fleXive]. Some highlights include dynamic JSF templating (Facelets), easy integration of custom logic with EJB or JSF beans, a modular structure, Maven support, generic data structures, and WebDAV and CMIS support. It incorporates all core [fleXive] features like security, versioning, multilinguism, and scripting.

Prails is a PHP framework that is optimized for fast and efficient Web development. It is designed to change the way you write PHP, and is so easy that it's actually fun.

I18NEdit manages internationalized properties for
Java programs and features a PHP adapter class for
them. All property bundles are shown in a tree,
and each property is editable directly in all
available localisations. I18NEdit keeps track of
changes in a source locale and presents the
translator only what has been altered since his
last translation session. Distributed working
groups are supported by merging features.

Spring-richclient's mission is to provide an
elegant way to build highly-configurable,
rich-client applications that follow GUI standards
faster by leveraging the Spring Framework. It also
provides a rich library of UI factories and
support classes in Java.

libmime is a MIME parser in the same vein as Expat, the stream-oriented
XML parser. As input is fed to the parser, events are generated which an
application can catch by registering event handlers. Such events include
the Unix From_ line, start of entity, end of entity, entity boundary,
header, end of headers, and body. libmime supports MIME message editing
through a delta mechanism. Edit contexts are instantiated and changes
applied to specific contexts. Edit contexts can then be expressed in
standard unified diff format which, when applied to the input source
stream, will result in the new message.

The TMX Localization Editor allows for the
viewing, editing, and saving of localization data
in the TMX open standard. Based on locale4j and
written in Java/Swing, it is a quick and useful
tool for localizing applications. Currently, the
editor implements the TMX 2.0 draft specification.
