ivtools is a collection of drawing editors for PostScript, TeX, and Web graphics with both direct-manipulation and scriptable user interfaces.
Toolbar Icons is a collection of free toolbar icons. All icons are available as (Inkscape) SVG files. OMake build scripts that automatically generate PNG files of basically any size (using Inkscape) are included. PNG files in a few default sizes (16 x 16, 24 x 24, 32 x 32, and 256 x 256) are prepared in .tar.gz archives.
Qanava is a C++ library designed to display graphs on a Qt canvas. Qanava provide classes to generate various layouts of directed graphs and visualize their nodes with custom styles on a graphic canvas. Qanava is designed for applications with basic graph visualization needs such as Gantt charts, social networks, and document or network modelling applications. It is not meant for a complex interactive visualization of very large data sets.

sMArTH is an equation editor built on open Web standards. The editor itself uses a SVG interface and the application logic is implemented in ECMAScript using the DOM. Both MathML and LaTeX are supported as exporting formats in addition to the SVG format. The most important mathematical content from both LaTeX and MathML is already provided, and this should cover the need of the majority of users. The graphical user interface allows even the most complex equations to be built with simple "Point and Click" techniques instead of writing convoluted typesetting code.

SVGSlice is a simple tool which generates chopped
up images from Inkscape SVG drawings. To figure
out where to cut, SVGSlice can use Inkscape's
built in guides (for simpler, grid-like cuts), or
it can use a specially named "slices" layer that
contains rectangles that mark areas to slice. Demo
files showing both approaches are included.

ImPress allows you to create good quality documents using vector graphics. You can use ImPress within a web browser with the Tcl/Tk plugin. It's a reasonable desktop publishing and presentation tool in a small package designed for Linux and for integration with Ghostscript.

Papyrus is a 2D C++ scenegraph (canvas) library that utilizes the cairo library to perform drawing operations. Similar canvas libraries are the Gnome Canvas, Diacanvas, and the QT Canvas. Numerous canvas primitives are available, including arcs, rectangles, polylines, and line markers. An optional companion library, Papyrusmm, provides a set of Gtkmm widgets which includes viewports (a canvas display widget similar to Gtk::DrawingArea) and other UI widgets related to drawing interfaces.
DrawSWF is a simple drawing application written in Java. The drawing can be exported as an animated SWF (Macromedia Flash) file. It has been tested to run with Java2 1.4 under Linux.
