Flat File Reporting allows you to use fixed width files as a data source in IReport designer and Jasper Reports. It uses a record description (which can be XML, Cobol, or RecordEditor Record Layouts) to describe the file format. You can design reports via IReports
wizards or by draging and dropping fields onto the report. It can also be used for reports for the RecordEditor and JRecord Projects.
