tse3play was cleaned up so that you don't need to open the MIDI devices to convert files. A MIDI record example application was added. The definition of TSE3::Clock::PPQN was added to Midi.cpp. gcc 3.2 compatibility was added.
This release has MidiEvent bugfixes, improved instrument file support, more example code and documentation, improved MidiFileExport API, and XML file writing.
