TCB::PortMap is a basic network port tracking
package written for DBIx::Frame, which used
at the Theoretical and Computational
Biophysics Group at UIUC. It is used to keep
track of which network ports are on or off and
at what speeds they are running, when
information regarding these ports only comes
in occasionally. It provides an (inefficient)
administrative Web interface for managing
port information.
