This version fixes a problem with running d2cs and d2dbs as
services (in GUI versions). It fixes a problem with language-
specific channels. It adds Unix build configure options to
disable bnetd/d2cs/d2dbs builds. It adds a "sync_on_logoff"
bnetd.conf directive to enable saving of account data on
user's logoff, fixes a crash with short/broken cdb user files,
and fixes a problem with trying to load invalid usernames
(like "").
