Prompts were added for dangerous table operations.
A "create table" link was added to the database
context menu. Rows can be edited. Manual
connections can be specified. A work-in-progress
manual is included in the "docs" directory in
numerous formats. A number of bugs were fixed,
including broken detection of Windows on the login
page, an incorrect title on the database drop
page, table insertion not enforcing the maximum
length restriction, and an odbc.ini "present but
empty" error. A large number of notices were
fixed. A problem in which IE incorrectly displayed
a number of table borders was fixed.
