PdfRipImage is a utility to extract images from
.pdf files and convert them to the format of your
choice. It is really a front-end for 'pdfimages'
from Xpdf and 'pnmto*' from netpbm. The program
is available as a command line shell script and a
GNOME graphical version.

The script has been updated to add the ability to extract an image of whole .pdf pages using pdftoppm. There is also an option to extract from a defined page range rather than the entire file.

all the features of the GUI version 0.2. Support
has been added for PNG conversions, and several
new command line options were added.
