Configure tools were added. A nasty initialization
bug that caused segfaults was fixed. Support for
some CTCP commands (send/receive actions, version,
and others) was added. A startup pref panel was
added. Bare-bones help was implemented. File
saving was implemented. Bugs were fixed. More
commands were implemented.
