Mumudvb

This version introduce support for HTTP Unicast. It also gives better stability for CAM support, autoconfiguration, and PAT rewriting. Several bugs were corrected. The RTP headers were implemented. The limit in the size of the PAT PID for PAT rewriting has been removed. PAT rewriting now consumes less CPU. ATSC autoconfiguration is fully functional. MuMuDVB can now update the PIDs for autoconfiguration while running if they change. The documentation was rewritten. DVB buffering and CAM reset were added.

A new stack for cam support, a dont_tune option that stops mumudvb from tuning the card, better PID selection and detection of the PCR PID, automatic generation of a configuration file, and preliminary support for ATSC cards. Non-ASCII channel names are now well handled by autoconf. Reading of the config file was improved, segmentation faults with some configuration files were fixed, a bug in intialization scripts was fixed, and handling of partial packets was improved.
