Moa is an image gallery for people who just want to put up images, not have an entire image social system (ratings, comments, etc). It supports sub-galleries and bulk uploads. It strives to be as easy to use as possible.
Information regarding Project Releases and Project Resources. Note that the information here is a quote from Freecode.com page, and the downloads themselves may not be hosted on OSDN.
Any gallery containing images now has a 'View slideshow' option. The delay between images and whether to show comments are available as options. Rather than choosing a template from a drop-down list, now templates have their own admin page with a screenshot to see what you are choosing. Code refactoring. Now uses mostly JQuery. Some animation has been added to notifications. The packaging script now minifies JS and CSS files. Upgrading can now delete outdated directories as well as files.
The header now shows a custom title and byline. These can be set in the settings page. The view image page now shows which galleries this image is in and any tags it might have. A blue variant of the default theme was added. Bugs were fixed.
Galleries and images no longer require tags. Images added to a gallery will stick to it. The previous tag system is still available by ticking 'Tagged gallery' on the gallery add/edit form. Large galleries will now be split into multiple pages with a UI to go between them. The number of images per page can be changed on the settings page.
All forms have been updated to validate inputs and provide mouseover help icons. Bulk upload ignored the order of files, so it now adds them alphabetically. The Aperture theme could fill up with success messages when adding files, so now it only shows success for the most recent upload. A bug was fixed on bulk upload when adding additional tags that could create duplicates.
