The input line for the AVI file now accepts input.
On the vcdimager tab, you can choose more than one
file in the file dialog. The standard output path
may be configured in the prefs. A new basic mode
was added, designed to avoid confusing novice
users. Project saving and loading was added. The
project may be canceled at some position an be
continued later. Some images were added. A batch
mode for transcode was implemented, allows you to
choose more than one input file, if the files are
of the same format.

MPlayer was added to subtitler support. The
trancode cancellation was fixed, but an mpeg2enc
process still remains. Therefore a script called
"restlosKillTranscode" was added for killing
transcode. The source bitrate is shown in extra
window in a context menu. Error handling was
implemented for frame, width, and height, so if
the values can't be determined you can enter them.
If you enter the filesize, a rough guess bitrate
will be calculated. The m2v/mpa file on mplextab
will now be updated every time if the outputfile
on transcode is changed.

You can choose PAL or NTSC resolution, and specify an audio import module. A directory mode has been added. Warnings are not generated every time about missing sudo, cdrdao, etc.. Estimated file size is calculated even if -w is not set. An automation mode allows you to automate the whole process from transcode to cdrdao. It is possible to use tcmplex instead of mplex. Support has been added for subtitles via the context menu. This release can preview the cue file and calculate the size of the vcdimager image.

Man pages of various programs were added to the
context menu. Several files were preset, the
start button was removed from the process
dialog, and a -I option was included for
transcoding interlaced movies. The tcmodinfo -p
command is now used for getting the transcode
library path. Nice levels for the processes can
now be set. cdrecord is now supported, all
output can be written to a log file, system-wide
fonts are used, and the spec file was fixed.

Some minor bbmpeg problems were fixed. Some minor problems with parsing the transcode output were fixed. Some minor problems in the file dialog of transcode were fixed. Some new features were added, including cdrw blanking, the ability to decode a special range of frames, and the addition of a context menu to support this. The progress of transcode is now shown in the window bar.
