HPE provides a configurable way of building news boxes collected from many sources into your site. It is developed in PHP and uses MySQL to store information. News items are collected from many sources around the Web in formats ranging from XML/RSS to raw HTML. Users can select news sources, arrange them on a number of pages, and even browse themes.org themes.
