GenealogyJ is a full-featured standalone Java application that can handle all of your genealogic information. It provides different graphical components for working on your family tree and is GEDCOM compliant. It requires a Java 1.4 Virtual Machine and runs on Windows / Mac / Linux.

2.1

This is a minor release focussing on issues with 2.0.1
and adding a couple of good features that show the
strength of the new 2.x line of code. It adds a new
SearchView (regular expressions supported with Java
1.4.x), improves Gedcom support, refactors reports,
offeres cut/copy/paste of properties, adds applet
support, and adds automatic change tracking.
