Went through ALL the headers in common/ to remove unnecessary includes. For master. The resulting patch would be too much work to port to earlier branches, for the minimal benefit it provides.
Likely this patch is the one currently breaking tex build on meson.

No, this is ok. I just have a local patch that needs to be updated to work on top of this.
When I ported #45544, I realized that "astring.h" include isn't needed in requirements.h. Rework that also in the newer branches.
