ddeanbrown While at it, is the amount of specialists right thing to show there, like it currently does? It's not necessarily a good idea to add tooltip about current behavior, and get translations updated, only to decide that we want to change it all.

City dialog, the line "Size: 4 ( 0)" doesn't have a tooltip explaining what the ( 0) is.
