細節

Commit log をリストに送信できないのでしょうか？
sourceforge.netのマニュアル通りの設定を行なったのです
が、SMTPサーバーがCVSサーバーからの接続を拒否している様
です。

2つほど、他のsourceforge.jpのプロジェクトのCVSも見てみ
ましたがコミットログをリストには送信していないようでした。

sourceforge.jpではログをリストに送れないのでしょうか？

sf.net とちがい，外部の smtp サーバへの直接接続はできない
ようになっています．mail コマンド及び sendmail コマンドを
利用してください．
