Don't you think it would be very convenient if you could write as fast as you like? As someone who makes a living out of custom essay writing, I can tell you that being able to write fast definitely has its perks: it means I can spend less time writing, and spending less time writing means I have more time for other things that I also like doing.
I've recently come across three useful tips that really helped me out in learning how to write faster. They're great – it no longer takes me hours and hours to finish the first draft of an essay. I guess it helped me quit procrastinating as well. Procrastinating is not a good habit to have, I tell you.
Try using a timer.
This is another technique which may or may not work for you. If you're the type of person who can work well under pressure, then it's probably a good idea to try using a timer. Knowing that you have a deadline to beat can really get you going and stop you from procrastinating, after all.
Start where you want.
You don't have to do things methodically or in the proper order. Start wherever is comfortable for you – oftentimes, that “wherever” isn't really the introduction. In fact, sometimes it's better to save the introduction for last. Writing the body first can give you a better idea on what should go in the introduction.
Just write. Edit later.
Some writers tend to edit their work as they go along. This is not good if you're trying to write faster. Just keep writing, don't mind the small mistakes much. You can get back to those later, but make sure you keep your eyes peeled for any errors.
