When Logging into Tera Term I get an error: Warning*** Your RPMS connection is not encrypted! and to contact IT. But it still lets us login. Is it okay?

Whose message is that message? Can you show me a screenshot?

Please describe in as much detail as possible what you are doing to connect. Also, can you confirm whether the connection is TELNET or SSH?

I have submitted 2 attachments of screenshots. When the user is signing into his Terra Term after putting in username and password the Error appears. User is using Telnet connection. But it still allows him to complete sign in after error appears.

These messages are output by the server, and Tera Term simply displays the messages sent by the server. This is not a bug.

The user connects via TELNET, the TELNET communication is not encrypted, and the server kindly warns, "It's not encrypted communication, but is it okay?"

Please judge for yourself whether you are using a communication channel that allows sending and receiving passwords and communication contents without encryption. Or ask your server administrator.
