teraterm-4.100と若い世代で、フルスクリーン状態の時に、スクロールすると文字が画面下に引っ付いて表示される事象が発生していますので早急にfixをお願いします。

また、teraterm-4.100.exeで発行元が確認できないと表示されます。 IE Ver.11.0.10240.16431

Neither problem is specific to version 4.100.

Please try MaximizedBugTweak=1 setting in TERATERM.INI.
