Hello,

I'm not sure how to go about making any changes to the  
RubyCocoa.pbproj project since Xcode will only let me upgrade it to a  
*.xcodeproj.

Do you think it's time to convert to a native xcodeproj, and update  
the target to native?

I suppose we could do the same for the example projects.
