The tutorial pages of the wiki/Hiki can be edited without logging in.
On 1st April, 2012 I was able to contribute to the wiki without logging in.
As an example, see the page

The text below was added without logging in:
'Contrary to the situation with earlier Gtk2 and Ruby versions, with Gtk2 2.24.10-3 and Ruby 1.9.3 the example below works.'
After previewing and saving the changes, the server responded with a HTTP 500 status, but the new content was preserved.
Notes:
I assigned highest priority and highest severity in order to ensure the safeguarding of the present content.
I was unaware of the login requirement, that is why I edited the page without creating an account and logging in.
I do not know who should be the 'owner' of issues like this, so that was left '(None)'.
