This is minor update of OpenPlatformTrustServices.
The tcdemo package contains new CUI commands to avoid GCJ/Swing troubles.
Also known bugs were fixed.

OpenPlatformTrustServicesのマイナーアップデートです。
GCJとSwingの問題が発生した場合への対応として、tcdemoにコマンドライン版を追加しました。
