2chでIntel版で動かないという報告があったので一部手直したものをユニバーサル版でリビルドしたもの。
斜体の代わりに反転表示（背景と文字色を逆）にしてみた。
本家の一部画像リソースが欠ける問題の暫定的なパッチ
ウニバーサルバイナリでビルドできなかったのでキャッシュをboostのものに変更。
