日本版と海外版で測量地図の数字フォントが同じならば、動作します。
動作しない理由は分かりません。
グラフィックドライバのアンチエイリアス設定などを見直してみてください。

I've downloaded the source code, and found the reason why this binary is not working on GAMA server.

In the code, there is the part that find process id using window caption, and it's different between japan and global. after change the caption, the binary is working well. But take long time to stabilize boat direction compared to original version.
I'm checking why.
