A French translation was added. Several changes
were made to the GUI so that the translated
strings would fit. The path to the installed
language files was fixed.
Support for dx clusters (when enabled through the preferences dialog, dx spots will show up colored, and for bands between 1.8 and 30 Mc/s you can customize colors), and many small enhancements.
