專案描述

Videoporama (formerly known as Images2dvgui) is an application to make a video images slideshow. The supported export formats are DV (raw .dv and AVI), MPEG (VCD, SVCD, and DVD), FLV, and h264. The export resolution is from 384x288 to full 1080HD. It's possible to add multiples sound. It's possible to add images, titres and video sequences with transitions between sequences. The transition type can be defined for each sequence. There is also a Ken Burns effect, which zooms and travels over an image with multiple passage points and a fixed plan during the effect.

A bug where the encoding process was sometimes interrupted before the end, and more frequently with DVD encoding format was fixed. The code was changed for compliance with Python 2.6 and future versions.

The user interface was completely rewritten with
the Qt4 library. A new layout is used for the user
interface. Video can be exported in either 4:3 or
16:9 aspect ratios. Text can be added to a
picture. Performance was increased. The sources
were cleaned. Bugs were corrected.

The name was changed to Videoporama (from
Images2dv-gui). A new GUI was added which can
display an image project in the list. The user
interface was fine tuned. The temporary directory
is checked when checking a configuration. State
icons were added in the check configuration
window.

preview a selected image in the project list was

A new graphical user interface was created. The
possibility to add new translations as plugins was
added. New transitions based on "images luma" were
added. SoX is used instead of mpg123 and
vorbis-tools. Sound length is automaticaly adapted
to video length. A deep change was made to the
configuration files, which are not compatible with
the previous version. Installation scripts based
on distutils were added.
