svn2cl is an XSLT script that generates a clasic
GNU-style changelog file from Subversion log
messages. It generates a friendly-looking
changelog from Subversion log messages like cvs2cl
does for CVS (although this is a lot simpler with
subversion).

Several performance improvements were made, the --reparagraph and --separate-daylogs options were added, and a new authors file format is supported. The current path in the repository is automatically stripped, and the HTML output looks nicer.

--break-before-msg option was added to put a line

This release has preliminary support for generating an HTML ChangeLog. Handling of options is passed to the SVN log command. Encoding has been switched to UTF-8. Command line handling has been improved.
