RVE renders real time effects on a video played by
MPlayer (with bmovl), such as moving/fading text,
animations, statistics from a live event, and much more.
Creating new effects is easy, even without extensive C++
skills.

This release has an enhanced voting command, improved performance (using HIDE and SHOW bmovl commands), and demos for the "vote" and "drift" commands. There is a bugfix for the text color option.
