Quanta Plus

The release contains improved PHP, XML, and CSS
editing. A bug related to the "file changed"
warning was fixes. Some crashes in VPL mode were
fixed.

This release includes many bugfixes in the VPL
editor, improvements in detecting external changes
to documents, autocompletion and entity handling,
faster document loading, and the possibility to
preview with Firefox. It also has many
improvements in the PHP debugger, including XDebug
support.

The release contains many fixes for the VPL mode in the table editor. It also fixes some issues in auto-completion, tag editing, CSS editing, upload profiles, and project views.

The release contains fixes in the entity auto-completion, the XML validator tools, and auto-replacement of opening/closing tags in certain cases. A tree view is now also shown for upload profiles containing the @ sign, and CVS actions can now be put on the toolbars. Quick file upload was improved, while automatic conversion of some accented characters is now more intelligent.

Release highlights are bugfixes and minor feature
improvements, like reading/writing the correct entry from
description.rc in the editor, filling only the attributes with
source="selection" with the selection in the tag editing dialog,
and fixing the crash caused by incompatible changes between
KDE 3.3.x and 3.4.x libcvsservice. Handling of remote images
was improved as well. The crash when setting a breakpoint in
the debugger is fixed.
