Tweaks for reducing CPU usage.

A per user queue limit has been added. This release switches to BSD db for storing shared files information. The contents of unknown messages are now printed in the log window. Performance of search lookup has been improved. Remembered/wishlist searches have been added.

Fixes were made for a bug where an index of shared files was corrupted and a problem with 100% CPU usage that happened occasionally. A bug was fixed that made it impossible to edit userlist comments, and other improvements and bugfixes were made.

The new more efficient distributed network is now supported. The server location is now hardcoded. Files in 'Cannot connect' state are now retried once. An autojoin checkbox has been added to room windows. The config window is now non-modal. If the status is set to away manually, auto-return won't happen. Sorting the userlist now works properly.

This release adds code cleanups, ignore list and autoaway features, a
popup menu in private chat tabs, and lots of smaller changes and
bugfixes. Rescanning of shared folders during startup now happens in
the background. Userlist now has its own tab. It's now possible to
add comments to userlist entries and to download two files with the
same name simultaneously. Already existing files are now never
overwritten. Search and browse lists now have bitrate and length as
separate columns.
