This release corrects a number of installation issues. It fixes a deployment issue on Windows and Tomcat. There are some minor functional enhancements.
Some new features were added and bugfixes were made. You can now manage the scope of a project through scope statements. A new report was created to compare estimated effort vs. detailed estimates vs. actually logged time.
Installing and upgrading is now possible through a Web installer. Just deploy and go. Anonymous access to issue management was added (making it suitable for open source project management too). Internet users can log in and register with OpenID. There are some maintenance changes and bugfixes. Atom feeds have been improved.
