專案描述

omniEvents is a cross-platform server that enables CORBA
applications to communicate through asynchronous broadcast
channels (rather than direct method calls). It is a small,
efficient implementation of the Object Management Group's
Event Service specification designed to work with omniORB.

The server can now be used without a Naming Service. Objects
are located with CORBA URIs instead. Basic redundancy
between two 'live' servers is now supported. Comprehensive
updated examples are now available in C++, Python, and Java.
Documentation on how to write an Event Service client was
added to the README.
