The desktop grid is now updated if the user switches between workspaces from applications other than neap, e.g. with a shortcut or applications like wmctrl.
This release adds config file support; neap will now generate its own config file in ~/.neaprc and read its contents on subsequent calls. Furthermore, the source code documentation has been slightly improved.
