Many more tests, much better tests, and more error testing within the functions. A new Webmail interface. It's not terribly "pretty" yet, but is much more user friendly and functional.
The documentation received an overhaul. Ham and spam learning is much more efficient now. toaster-watcher now does process monitoring. The RBL counting was fixed for rrdutil graphs. There is much better support for Mac OS X and Linux.
