LibPST, part of the ol2mbox project, provides functions in library form
for accessing Outlook's Personal Folders. Included with this library is
"readpst" to convert a PST file to mbox format.

The debug system has been majorly enhanced. There are minor improvements in the main code. Visual C++.NET support has been added; it compiles to a command line application that runs under Windows natively.
This release adds major improvements in the index and processing of the index. All users who had problems with previous versions should email the author if this doesn't fix them.
