This release features DVD+R Double Layer support (needs
dvd+rw-tools 5.20.4.10.8), improves the MAD plugin,
features way more reliable MP3 file detection, fixes CDDB
local file naming for disc IDs with fewer than 8 digits,
properly disables all buttons in the copy dialogs if no writer
is installed and only create image is selected, fixes a
VideoDVD on-the-fly writing problem, selects appropriate
raw writing mode if raw96r is not supported, properly saves
the device search path, detects hotplug devices should be
properly on every K3b restart, and detects dvd+rw-
format version >= 4.10 properly.

This release should finally compile with QT 3.1 again, fixes a
GET PERFORMANCE command implementation which caused
crashes on some systems and DMA problems on other,
defaults to RAW writing mode for Audio CDs which contain
zero length pregaps, backports new device
configuration, adds a check for some writers which return
the number of bytes instead of the number of write speed
descriptors on mode page 2A, fixes a bug which caused the
audio ripping window to stay greyed out if CDDB queries
were disabled, and now always uses a single click in the
directory tree view even if double click is configured.

Compilation fixes for older systems and some little
improvements were made. The manual writing app selection for
automatic CDRW erasing is now honoured, and the written
media is now ejected between multiple CD (clone) copies. TOC
reading for old CD drives that report raw toc data in BCD
was fixed. The program now refuses to use versions of
Transcode newer than 0.6.12.

Support MP3 files starting with multiple ID3 tags, improved tilde handling in the QuickDirSelector, the ability to save and load composer fields in audio projects and the default DVD Copy reading device, and checks for all TEAC R5XS compatible (and thus non-MMC) writers. cdrecord output parsing was fixed on Debian, writing speed and capacity detection was fixed with some DVD writers, and VideoCD creation with PBC enabled was fixed. The last directory in the file browser is now remembered. Images can now optionally not be deleted if writing fails.

This release fixes the data project size calculation "fix" from 0.11.8.
