This release added a document list with optional per-directory grouping, a list of generated files in the LilyPond menu, and the ability to set helper applications in the preferences to open PDF or MIDI files in an external application. Tooltips in the music view now show the variable name of the music expression that defines them. Autocomplete support has been added for \include and \language, and the documentation browser now has a search bar. Bugs were fixed and some translations have been updated.
This is the second beta release of Frescobaldi 2.0. The crash on startup on 64-bit Linux or Windows has been fixed, and an "Engrave custom" dialog and a character selection tool have been added.
This is the alpha release of the upcoming Frescobaldi 2.0. Frescobaldi 2.0 is a rewrite from scratch. Not depending on the KDE4 libraries anymore, but just using Python and PyQt4, it is designed to run on all major operating systems. The python-poppler-qt4 binding to Poppler is needed for PDF preview, and PortMidi for MIDI playback.
