This maintenance update includes five fixes and usability enhancements. The generic 'Send Email' action in Virtual Attendants may now specify a 'From:' address. This may also be determined with placeholders on ticket-based behaviors. An option was added to worker preferences to control the initial size of the reply text box. The auto-grow functionality may also be disabled as a worker preference. An issue with auto-grow text boxes where OS-level keyboard shortcuts no longer worked if they involved PgUp/PgDn was fixed.

Inbound mail from workers will not be relayed if auth headers do not exist,
or if the worker is deactivated.

Calendar events may be added from worklists and the Links menu.

This maintenance update includes 8 fixes and usability enhancements. Broadcasts will no longer send messages to addresses that are flagged as defunct. The 'remember me' option in the login form now works properly in all browsers. This release fixes an issue with the growing text areas where they shifted the contents of a form by a few pixels when losing focus. It fixes an issue with the Activity Log during login and logout events when MySQL strict mode is enabled. Time tracking worklists may be subtotaled by a worker. Updating a plugin will clear the template cache so that UI changes are immediately visible.

Worklist with subtotals can be displayed as pie charts. Custom HTML widgets display user-defined content. Mail filtering can remove attachments. A login method may be set per worker. Secret questions improve the security of account recovery. Two-factor authentication is implemented using Google Authenticator. Quoted replies wrap to 76 characters. Virtual Attendants can set or remove links dynamically.

This maintenance update includes 23 improvements from community feedback. Search indexing has been optimized for large messages. Activity on reports can be graphed by hour. Roles can own snippets and share them with any combination of groups and workers. Administrators can view and bulk update snippets from a new page in Setup. Snippet worklists can be filtered by owner. This release fixes an issue with attachments being appended to the message body when a plaintext file only had a disposition-filename header. Attachments with the MIME type message/rfc822 are no longer appended to conversations.
