ccollect

The documentation was updated, and some English
related problems were fixed. Texinfo documentation
was added. A manpage (in English) was added. A
problem with 'make install' was fixed (strip was
used). A possible problem with pre_exec beeing
executed to late was fixed. A small bug in the sed
expression was fixed.

"pax" (Posix) is now required. "cp -al" (GNU
specific) was removed. "interval" was written with
two "l" (ell), which is wrong in English. The
colon in the interval was removed from the name of
backup directories. ccollect will now exit when
preexec returns non-zero. ccollect now reports
when postexec returns non-zero. The change to pax
should not feature complte POSIX / UNIX
compatibility.

A small bug which suppressed information when
rsync exits with a non-zero status was fixed.

This release prints the start time, end time, and duration of the backup, so you can see how long a backup took effectively.

This release adds support for printing a summary, cleans some spelling,
and cleans the source code.
