This release has fixes for non-English Windows users. New features ensure that the ActiveX control has been downloaded and installed. A complete update of the documentation has been done. A new, hosted edition of this release is available. Zero server-side installation is needed; only a browser plug-in needs to be installed.
Changes include a "Getting Started Wizard" to speed up creation of the initial model, the ability to add dimensions on standard sheets, enhanced numeric formatting, performance improvements, and bugfixes.
The Express edition is a subset of the deployed
version. This is a stable, tested production
version. It features an easy one-click install and
a spreadsheet-like interface that makes it is easy
for end users to do their budgeting, planning, and
forecasting. All server components are bundled in
the installer. Installers are available for
Windows and Linux.
