【Memory】1GB
【Graphic】Mobile Intel 945
【Sound】Realtek High Definition Audio
【.Net Frameworkのバージョン】3.5
【バグの内容】
ハイトカット-1にプラットフォームを建設する際、
・線路に沿わず単体で建設する
・ハイトカット-2に障害物がない
以上の条件が重なるとハイトカット-2の場所にプラットフォームが建設されます。

現象確認しました。
Avになる以前から(EXではすでに)この不具合はあったようですね。
ソース見てみましたが、なかなか直すの大変そうです。
とりあえずは、先にレールを所定の高さにひいておいてそこに沿わせるようにホームを設置すると-1などの浅い高さにもホームを作ることはできますので、これで回避していただけますか。
