Make zstd the default compression type
Zstd both compress well and is fast, so I think we should make it the default savegame compress type. But would target that to master only - once zstd has been tested in practice in 3.1

Also migration of obsoleted bzip2 in savecompat should migrate to zstd.
Savegame migration from deprecated bzip2 to new zstd added in latest version.
