I noticed a allied settler , in one of my transport boat, in a cool island, with only me (the strongest player and beloved ally), free land with good potential, but the settler did not unloaded from my boat.
So
i disbanded my boat to force the settler to be on land in my city
i created a road
i did irrigation to prepare a very cool place for a city
i added alpine troops to protect the settler if he wanted to go there
To no effect : the settler is stuck in my city even after 50 turns or so.
AI should either disband unit (to get more food from support city) or do something with it but not stay in allied city without doing anything.
