Ticket details:
None of our flatpak recipes explicitly disable ruledit build. In most cases it's not built as SDK does not have the requirements, and configure time checks disable it. That's not the case with Qt-client flatpak, so presumably we are currently unnecessarily shipping ruledit inside it.
