Noticed potential problem on S3_1 worklist_item_postpone_req_vec():
For all of the requirement types VUT_DIPLREL_*, lua signal is emitted exactly same way (reason being "need_diplrel" or "have_diplrel"). It seems to me that the script has no way to tell which requirement type exactly it was.
