If you split a tenary expression into more then one
row, indentation fails.

Since spaces are removed from this field, please see
attached file.

I think that "Sun's coding conventions" is right,
but EE2E operation is right too.

Becouse Meadow(*1) is the same behavior as EE2E in your
attached file.
