The four winds name - "E", "S", "W" and "N" displayed at English mode is incorrect. This seem to be likely because of incorrect definition of <string name="kaze_nan">W</string> and <string name="kaze_sya">S</string> in strings.xml. Thanks.

r242 英語の南と西の表記が逆になっていたので、入れ替えました。 Because the English south and west notation were reversed, I replaced it.
