readme.txtにはレジストリを操作しないと書いてありますがタイプライブラリがレジストリに登録されてませんか？

確かに登録されてしまうようです。
型ライブラリをロードすると
自動的に登録されるようですね。
(必要ないと思うのですが...。)

具体的には Alpha を最初に起動したときに
以下の場所に登録されます。

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\TypeLib\{AEE6EABA-B2C0-4E0F-BE15-3A8878385939}

readme.txt に明記するかどうか考えてみます。

HKCR\Interface\ 以下にインターフェイスの情報も
登録されるようです。
他にもあると思いますが...。

0.7.9x 以降は型ライブラリ（*.tlb）は使用しなくなりました。よってレジストリに登録されることはありません。

が、別に今後もレジストリを使わないということではないです。何かの設定をレジストリに記録するようにするかもしれません。
