Log Message

Widow and orphan line adjustments.

* pdfmark.ms: Add vertical space reservations, or specify keeps, as
appropriate, to avoid widow lines and orphaned examples, when a short
paragraph precedes an example; adjust paragraph spacing, as necessary
around keeps.
